Donor Recognition Societies
Carolina had established several recognition societies to thank donors for their generosity. Unless anonymity is requested, donors’ names are often listed in donor appreciation publications. Our societies are:
Carolina Bell Ringers — The University originally established the Carolina Bell Ringers years ago to acknowledge donors who gave consistently every year. The Carolina Annual Fund reestablished the Bell Ringer tradition in 2002 in the belief that the donors whose steadfast support helps the University each year should be acknowledged and rewarded.
